Uploaded by Flint_413 This is an advanced move which is called THE ELBOW ATTACK (Yes you must say THE ELBOW ATTACK not just, the elbow attack, you have to say it all dramatic like) because you are using your elbows to move it and the hoop essentially attacks your face. So dont panic when you lean backwards through the hoop and see it coming at you. Its supposed to :P
