Basic contact roll, very useful to learn to advance to other moves.
Also known as.. Half steve
Tips/Hints: Start with your hand out in front of you and roll down your arm. When the staff gets to the elbow straighten your arm and lift it so the staff can roll onto your shoulder. Let it wrap your neck and drop your opposite shoulder so the staff rolls onto your next arm.
