Ok,But How you do a rotors with one hand??? I don't undesteand,is possible do a rotors with one hand?

a one handed rotor is pretty much doing a continuous handwraps.

(So the staff would roll over the top of your hand, you grip the staff as it comes over the top, you then flick the staff round the bottom of your hand(closed grip)and flick it so it comes around and rolls over the top again ect)

There really aren't enough Staff tutorials available.. think its time I start cracking.
