Nick has such a smiley friendly way of teaching it just makes you wanna go out and spin sometimes before you've finished watching the video. Amazing stuff! Without a doubt the best teaching resouce for people wanting more from their poi spinning.

This means you can built moves from the steps shown. Already I have started doing better isolations and stalls and ive only been at poi for 2 weeks
