I contacted the support people of HOP because I was not sure what exactly I wanted in my first poi rigs. But after a short chat with one of the customer service people I decided this is the set for me. HOP customers service is simply one of the best I have ever had from an online vender of any product. Great job and a big thank you to the HOP staff. They told me that my item would take about 2 weeks to get from them to me here in the USA. It is Christmas time and they said 2 weeks. I got my poi in less then 10 days. That is amazing how fast they shipped and got here in no time. I was hoping to have them by New Years and I received them today.
HOP is where I will be ordering from again.

At first I was worried because I was sending the poi ahead of me as I traveled to my sisters house for the New Year. I wanted to give them as a gift, and I needed them to meet up with me at my destination. I went for the tracking option and it was worth it! They got there right on time- and it was kind of fun to track them all the way! I just wanted to say thanks for offering a great service- You made a whole family smile today!

Chris, the person who was supporting me was really helpfull all the way from my purchase until my deliver at home. I choose an online tracking and was really fast (5 working days) HOP is a reliable company for purchase by internet and his product is just like you are imagining. i will continue buying them (for mexican be aware of goverment taxes... anyway that is not a HOP responsibility), but when you have your goods at home any price Worth for spinning there products. thank you HOP!
